5. The ethical principle of beneficence should be followed i. e. preventing illness and disease and promoting health.

He/she should look into the guidelines crafted for the health care professionals before taking any kind of cost-saving decision. According to the ethical guidelines for managed care organizations that employee’s first priority should be to provide the best health care and services regardless of all find of economic and financial pressures.
